Refund Policy

1. Irrevocable Nature of Remittances

Notwithstanding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether verbal or written, all monetary remittances, deposits, retainers, and final payments made to Stratify Studio ("The Agency") are deemed absolute, final, and strictly non-refundable upon the point of transaction. By procuring the services of The Agency, the Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the allocation of Agency resources, including but not limited to intellectual capital, temporal reservation, and preliminary strategic planning, commences immediately. Therefore, under no circumstance, save for the explicit written exception granted solely by The Agency as detailed in Section 4, shall any request for restitution, reimbursement, or reversal of funds be entertained once the Service Commencement has been initiated.

2. Waiver of Dispute and Legal Recourse

The Client hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives, relinquishes, and forever discharges any and all rights to initiate, pursue, or otherwise engage in any financial dispute mechanisms, including but not limited to credit card chargebacks, payment gateway disputes, or civil litigation regarding fees paid. The Client agrees that the "as-is" delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables constitutes the full and final satisfaction of The Agency's obligations. Any attempt to reclaim funds through third-party arbitration or financial institutions shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, subject to immediate termination of services and potential legal liability for damages incurred by The Agency.

3. Exclusive Communication Protocol for Grievances

To maintain a structured and legally recordable chain of custody regarding project concerns, the Client is strictly prohibited from utilizing informal communication channels - including but not limited to telephonic calls, instant messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger), or social media platforms - for the purposes of requesting refunds or formally disputing deliverables. All such matters must be submitted exclusively via formal written correspondence to refunds@stratifystudio.com. Any grievance not submitted through this designated channel shall be deemed null, void, and procedurally non-compliant, thereby warranting no official response or consideration from The Agency.

4. Agency's Sole Discretionary Authority

The Agency retains the unilateral and absolute right to determine the viability of any project. A refund, whether partial or full, may only be issued in the singular and exceptional event that The Agency, in its sole and unreviewable discretion, declares a definitive inability to execute the agreed-upon scope of work due to unforeseen internal constraints. Such determination shall be made exclusively by The Agency's internal audit team. In the absence of such a declaration, the Client's obligation to accept the work "as agreed" or forfeit the project without reimbursement remains absolute.
