This document constitutes the official Cancellation and Shipping Policy of Stratify Studio (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. ("Stratify Studio", the "Agency", "we", or "us"). As a provider of custom digital engineering and high-end branding services, our cancellation protocols are designed to protect the integrity of our development cycles and human capital allocation.

Stratify Studio operates on a dedicated resource allocation model. Once a project is initiated, specific designers and developers are locked into your project timeline.

Clients may request a cancellation of their order within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial payment, provided that the project kick-off meeting has not occurred and work has not commenced on any phase of the project (including strategy, wireframing, or technical auditing).

Once the 24-hour window has elapsed, or once work has officially commenced—whichever occurs first—the order becomes non-cancellable. At this stage, all funds processed are considered 'Sunk Costs' and are subject to our Zero-Tolerance Refund Policy.

Since our services are 100% digital, there are no geographical restrictions, customs duties, or physical logistics involved in the 'shipping' process. We serve clients globally, and delivery remains consistent regardless of the Client's physical location.

For clients based in Pakistan, digital delivery is subject to the governing laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory. For international clients, delivery is handled via global secure protocols.

This Cancellation and Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes regarding order cancellations or digital delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad.
